
MANAGER TO WORK WITH NON-STAFF PERSONNEL (VENDOR MANAGER) WITH FLUENT ENGLISH
Relevant experience in the translation business is welcome.
Six-month project position with subsequent potential for a full-time position.
THE JOB:
- Recruiting non-staff service providers (translators, editors, proofreaders, desktop-publishing experts):
— recruiting to maintain the service provider pool database
— recruiting for specific projects only - Updating the service provider database
- Maintaining regular communications with service providers on co-operation, payment, etc. in Russian and English
- Dealing with the constant flow of incoming feedback from service providers
- Communicating with regard to source documents and collecting them, maintaining a register of statements
- Concluding contracts and NDA agreements, monitoring their signing by service providers
- Entering data received from project managers: availability, changes to language pairs / subject areas, etc.
- Developing service provider loyalty programmes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education: HR management / linguistics / management
- Upper-intermediate English
- Willingness to develop in HR recruitment
- Attentiveness, good time management skills, ability to find non-standard solutions to problems, proactiveness

- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 or 10:00 to 19:00
