MANAGER TO WORK WITH NON-STAFF PERSONNEL (VENDOR MANAGER) WITH FLUENT ENGLISH

Relevant experience in the translation business is welcome.
Six-month project position with subsequent potential for a full-time position.

THE JOB:

  • Recruiting non-staff service providers (translators, editors, proofreaders, desktop-publishing experts): 
    — recruiting to maintain the service provider pool database
    — recruiting for specific projects only
  • Updating the service provider database
  • Maintaining regular communications with service providers on co-operation, payment, etc. in Russian and English
  • Dealing with the constant flow of incoming feedback from service providers
  • Communicating with regard to source documents and collecting them, maintaining a register of statements
  • Concluding contracts and NDA agreements, monitoring their signing by service providers
  • Entering data received from project managers: availability, changes to language pairs / subject areas, etc.
  • Developing service provider loyalty programmes

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education: HR management / linguistics / management
  • Upper-intermediate English
  • Willingness to develop in HR recruitment
  • Attentiveness, good time management skills, ability to find non-standard solutions to problems, proactiveness
